Information Collection and Use

ShopMania collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Registration

In order to utilize this website's full potential, customers need to complete the registration form. During registration, customers are required to give their contact information (such as name and e-mail address). This information is used to inform customers of promotions and new services on our website and will only be used if the customer has shown interest in a particular promotion or service.

Internal Use

We may compare and review your personally identifiable information for errors, omissions and accuracy. We may also use your personally identifiable information internally to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, Web Site content and product offerings. Order

We request information from the user on our order form when making a purchase. Here is where a user must provide their contact information, like name and shipping address, and financial information, like credit card number and expiration date. Usage Tracking

ShopMania's database tracks the traffic throughout our site. This information is used to compile overall statistics and is not recorded at an individual level. This includes IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser type, ISP (internet service provider), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and #of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate. The statistics help us decide which products and services best serve our members and guests.

Aggregate Information

ShopMania uses aggregate information from demographic surveys, traffic patterns and IP addresses to customize our site. Aggregate information is occasionally shared with third parties for purposes such as planning or executing advertising or promotions.

Sharing

ShopMania gives you access to third party partners to provide you with certain services that are detailed below. ShopMania will provide that third party with your transaction information and then that third party will collect additional information if needed to provide you with the requested service,such as outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. Newsletters

If you request an email newsletter subscription, we will send you an email confirming your request. This confirmation process allows you to unsubscribe if you changed your mind and decided not to join the list. Furthermore, the confirmation email will alert you if someone else had entered your email address into our email newsletter. In order to make our emails more relevant and useful to you, our servers may receive a confirmation when you open email from ShopMania. On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send you an e-mail. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though you can deactivate your account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Unsolicited E-mail (SPAM)

Your privacy is very important to us. Be assured that, in accordance with this privacy policy, we do not sell or distribute our customer list to third parties. Surveys and Sweepstakes

Security

ShopMania takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encryption software. While on a secure page, such as our order form, a lock icon appears on the bottom of your Web browser. When you are not on a secure page, no lock icon will appear. In addition, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment under restricted access.

Special Offers

Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special offers and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our choice and opt-out below.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating

    SC Asesoft Net SRL va administra in conditii de siguranta si numai pentru scopurile specificate, datele personale furnizate de catre Utilizatori, respectand aplicarea prevederilor Legii nr. 677/2001 privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date, ale Legii 506/2004 privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si protectia vietii private in sectorul telecomunicatiilor.

    Definitiile termenilor

    Precizam ca pentru a putea intelege mai bine Politica de Confidentialitate trebuie ca, mai intai, sa va insusiti corect urmatoarele definitii ale cuvintelor cheie, cu scopul de a nu exista confuzii sau interpretari gresite ale politicii noastre de confidentialitate.

    Toate datele personale pe care ni le furnizati in calitate de Utilizator al ShopMania beneficiaza de prelucrare numai in scopul oferirii in conditii optime de catre SC Asesoft Net SRL a Serviciilor sale pe internet si a functionalitatilor pentru crearea de magazine online.

    Prin completarea formularului de inregistrare prin care obtineti acces la Serviciile ShopMania, va dati in mod expres si neechivoc, consimtamantul ca datele Dumneavoastra cu caracter personal sa intre in baza de date a societatii SC Asesoft Net SRL si sa fie prelucrate si folosite in viitor de catre aceasta. Scopurile colectarii datelor utilizatorilor de catre SC Asesoft Net SRL, fara ca aceasta sa implice asumarea oricarei alte obligatii din partea acestei societati, sunt urmatoarele:

    • incarcarea informatiilor necesare pentru construirea unui magazin online;
    • participarea la concursuri, promotii;
    • completarea chestionarelor sau abonarea la buletinele de stiri sau alte liste de corespondenta;
    • transmiterea de mesaje non-comerciale sau de tip administrativ (privind schimbari in site, administrare, etc);
    • transmiterea de oferte, promotii, mesaje publicitare si de marketing privind activitatea societatii SC Asesoft Net SRL si a tertilor cu care SC Asesoft Net SRL are relatii de orice natura (inclusiv comerciale);
    • statistici interne necesare pentru imbunatatirea calitatii serviciilor oferite si imaginii Serviciilor ShopMania si pentru crearea unor elemente caracteristice noi, promotii, functionalitati si servicii noi.

    In momentul crearii contului pe site, aveti posibilitatea de a opta pentru servicii privind primirea de informatii despre produsele, serviciile, evenimentele etc. oferite de serviciul nostru in nume propriu sau in numele unor terti clienti prin bifarea casutei corespunzatoare pe pagina de creare a contului.

    Conform Legii nr. 677/2001 cu respectarea conditiilor de forma si continut acolo prescrise, puteti, o data pe an, sa exercitati un drept de acces la datele furnizate, pentru a afla daca acestea sunt sau nu prelucrate. De asemenea puteti oricand exercita, in conditiile prevazute de aceeasi lege, un drept de interventie asupra datelor in sensul rectificarii, actualizarii, blocarii sau stergerii datelor a caror prelucrare nu este conforma prezentei legi.     Pentru situatiile in care veti solicita stergerea contului, agreati si intelegeti ca stergerea datelor personale ce va apartin va fi urmata de anularea contului dumneavoastra din sistem si in consecinta de imposibilitatea de a accesa Serviciile ShopMania oferite de SC Asesoft Net SRL.

In eventualitatea adresarii unei astfel de cereri, in scopul urgentarii efectelor acesteia, va rugam sa studiati cu atentie prevederile legislatiei aplicabile, astfel incat solicitarea sa indeplineasca toate conditiile de forma si continut prevazute de lege.

  2. Colectarea datelor tehnice ale utilizatorilor

    In scopul imbunatatirii serviciilor oferite prin intermediul website-ului, ShopMania poate utiliza tehnologii care permit colectarea anumitor informatii cu caracter tehnic despre vizitatorii site-ului.

    Colectarea datelelor tehnice de catre ShopMania se poate realiza in urmatoarele modalitati:

    • din raportul de trafic al server-ului: in momentul vizitarii site-ului ShopMania, sunt furnizate anumite informatii legate de acces, cum ar fi adresa IP, ora vizitei, locul de unde ati accesat site-ul, durata vizitei, sistemul de operare folosit, informatii ce vor fi stocate de catre SC Asesoft Net SRL;
    • prin intermediul cookie-urilor: cand vizitati site-ul ShopMania este posibil sa va fie trasmis un cookie pentru a facilita stocarea si urmarirea preferintelor sau in scopul de a va permite o mai buna utilizare a site-ului.

    Cookie-ul consta intr-un fisier de tip ".txt", oferit browser-ului dumneavostra de un server web, ce poate fi plasat pe hard disk-ul calculatorului folosit pentru accesarea site-ului. Majoritatea browser-elor sunt setate sa accepte aceste fisiere.     Urmatoarele date vor fi dezvaluite altor utilizatori de Internet si vizitatorilor ai magazinului online creat de catre Utilizator: numele societatii comerciale care opereaza magazinul online, datele de inregistrare la Registrul Comertului, codul de identificare fiscala, numele persoanei de contact, numarul de telefon al persoanei de contact desemnata de catre societate pentru a prelua solicitarile clientilor magazinului etc. Aceste informatii vor fi afisate in cadrul magazinului online, in paginile dedicate contatului cu clientii magazinului. Exceptand informatiile mentionate in prealabil, SC Asesoft Net SRL nu va dezvalui niciun fel de informatii personale despre utilizatorii sai catre terte parti fara acordul prealabil al acestora. Putem oferi informatiile Dumneavoastra personale (care au acordul Dumneavoastra de a fi distribuite) afiliatilor nostri, consultantilor, distribuitorilor, comerciantilor si furnizorilor de servicii, cu care colaboram pentru sustinerea si dezvoltarea site-ului.

    SC Asesoft Net SRL poate dezvalui, in conditiile prevazute de legislatia in vigoare, informatii care permit identificarea in mod personal, atunci cand legea prevede in mod expres acest lucru si cand toate conditiile legate de garantiile legale sunt indeplinite sau atunci cand serviciul sau informatia respectiva este necesara pentru a proteja drepturile si interesele SC Asesoft Net SRL.

    Daca unele din datele despre dumneavoastra sunt incorecte, va rugam sa ne informati cat mai curand posibil. SC Asesoft Net SRL nu incurajeaza declararea datelor nereale, intrucat acestea odata dovedite a fi nereale nu pot beneficia de protectie legala.

    ShopMania nu vinde, nu ofera la schimb si nu inchiriaza date cu caracter personal catre terti.

    SC Asesoft Net SRL nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru pierderile de informatii sau date cauzate de orice defectiuni sau erori ale soft-ului cu care este conceput si gazduit site-ul ShopMania.

  4. Link-uri externe

    Pe website-ul ShopMania pot fi puse la dispozitia publicului spoturi, link-uri sau bannere publicitare care pot conduce spre alte pagini web, apartinand unor terte persoane fizice sau juridice. Informatiile de orice fel, incluzand informatiile cu caracter personal, furnizate unor astfel de pagini nu intra sub controlul sau autoritatea SC Asesoft Net SRL si acesta nu poate fi facut responsabil pentru orice utilizare a acestora in orice mod.

  5. Securitatea

    Accesul la datele Dumneavoastra este permis exclusiv acelor angajati SC Asesoft Net SRL si acelor terti care necesita aceste informatii pentru administrarea, optimizarea si imbunatatirea calitatii serviciilor oferite.

    SC Asesoft Net SRL ia toate masurile de siguranta si securitate pentru a proteja confidentialitatea datelor Dumneavoastra, prin mecanisme fizice, electronice si procedurale de protectie, dar nu poate garanta integritatea datelor cu caracter personal si nu poate elimina complet eventuale riscuri.

  6. Modificari ale Acordului de Confidentialitate

    SC Asesoft Net SRL isi rezerva dreptul a modifica prevederile prezentului Acord si va aduce la cunostinta utilizatorilor aceste modificari in cazul in care acestea afecteaza datele cu caracter personal ale utilizatorilor. Orice modificare intra in vigoare imediat in cazul utilizatorilor nou inregistrati. In cazul utilizatorilor deja inregistrati, modificarile aduse prezentului Acord intra in vigoare in ziua imediat urmatoare publicarii acestora.
